Opened on June 18, 1941, the Orange enjoyed a fifty-three year run as a cinema, was the <a href=\"http:\/\/cinelog.org\/cinelog\/2010\/04\/27\/orange-drive-in-artifacts\/\" target=\"_blank\">launching pad for Robert Schuller&#8217;s ministry<\/a>, and hosted a popular weekend swap meet for nearly thirty years.
